Delegate your MINA to our block producer key:

1. Install a Mina walletAuro Wallet or Cloria — both support staking delegation.
2. Open the staking sectionChoose "Change delegation" / "Stake delegation".
3. Paste our key aboveConfirm the transaction. No funds leave your wallet — delegation is non-custodial.
4. Wait 2 epochsYour stake becomes active after the next epoch boundary; rewards follow from the epoch after.

Mina is the lightweight blockchain — the whole chain verifies in one screenshot-sized proof (~22 kB). Delegation is fully non-custodial: you keep control of your funds at all times.

• No SNARK workers on BP nodes — block production never competes for CPU with SNARK proving

• Devnet rehearsal — every upgrade is tested on devnet before touching mainnet
• EU + APAC footprint — nodes in Europe and Asia for geographic spread

Celestia testnet status updates live from chain RPC every 2 minutes; other statuses updated by our ops team (monitoring alerts fire within minutes of any change).

Winter Validator is a small independent operator that started securing Mina in 2021 and never stopped. We're sysadmins and builders first: we own the hardware, write the alerting, and carry the pager ourselves. No staking-as-a-service middlemen, no rented reputation — just people who genuinely enjoy keeping nodes alive.

Our name is our operating philosophy: cold when debugging, hot when systems break. Calm, methodical incident response — and fast, honest communication when something needs your attention.
